Cardiff City manager candidate ‘absolutely abused’ by own fans as he hits back
Nathan Jones claims that this week, some of his own followers mistreated him.
Bookmakers are supporting Nathan Jones, a Welshman, as one of the front-runners for the Cardiff City position. Jones disclosed that he was “absolutely abused” by his own supporters during the week and responded sharply after their victory this past weekend.
Jones, manager of League One team Charlton, was speaking at The Valley on Saturday following his team’s victory over high-flying Birmingham City.

Jones pleaded with the supporters to have faith in him and the current process the club is going through. His team is now sitting comfortably in eighth position in the third-tier standings.
