Even though John Cena has a sizable fan base, WWE Hall of Famer Teddy Long does not like the 16-time WWE World Champion.
In a recent episode of the podcast “Wrestling Time Machine,” Long offered his candid opinion on Cena, who has begun his final tour. According to him,
I’m not a fan of John Cena. Simply put, I don’t like John Cena. I think the guy is cool and I admire him a lot. I’ve spoken with him about a variety of topics, but as I previously stated, I simply don’t like John Cena. Let me leave it to you. John Cena is not someone I like.
Before being transferred to WWE RAW the following year, Cena was a member of WWE SmackDown when Long took over as SmackDown’s general manager in 2004.
Next weekend, John Cena will compete in the men’s Royal Rumble, hoping to become the second-ever three-time champion.

Since Cena’s retirement tour begins at The Royal Rumble, he appears to be the most likely winner.On the inaugural episode of RAW on Netflix, he stated his intention to surpass Ric Flair’s record for the most WWE Championship victories.
Everyone will be watching Cena since he is a fan favorite heading into The Royal Rumble. If he prevails, he will be able to compete against Gunther or Cody Rhodes for the WWE title.
We don’t think Cena’s path to the WWE World Heavyweight or Undisputed title will be an easy one, even though he is a fantastic selection to win. Before being eliminated, he might make it to the final three or five.
