    It kills us’ – Wolves star slams teammates for first-half collapse in Leeds United defeat

    All five of Leeds United’s Premier League games have now ended in defeat.

    Following Wolves’ 3-1 loss against Leeds United on Saturday, Jorgen Strand Larsen maintains that Wolves are solely to fault.

    Leeds scored three goals in 14 first-half minutes to negate Ladislav Krejci’s opening goal, overcoming an early goal deficit to win easily at Molineux. Noah Okafor, Anton Stach, and Dominic Calvert-Lewin all scored goals for the Whites, who gained confidence as their opponents retreated.

    The home fans was especially irritated with Okafor’s goal to make it 3-1, as Stach stopped a stray Emmanuel Agbadou ball before letting his teammate score. Inside Molineux, there were raucous jeers in response to that attempt and the subsequent halftime whistle.

    Even though Strand Larsen, who is 6′ 4″, joined 6′ 6″ Tolu Arokodare up front at halftime, Leeds managed to easily defend their two-goal lead. In the immediate aftermath of the loss, the former was particularly scathing of his team’s first-half collapse.

    “It’s awful. It’s that easy,” Strand Larsen said. We seem to be in a very difficult situation at the moment, and I’m very disappointed in all of us. Nobody likes to find themselves in this predicament, but we have no one else to blame or anything else to be unhappy about but ourselves.

    We couldn’t give up the goals we let up, especially the three in the first half, because we were up 1-0 and everything was going great today. Both we and others who wish to enter the game are killed by it.

    Although it’s hard for me to see it, it was clearly a good goal, and it’s easier to see when you’re on the field yourself. It does give you a sense of the other goals we’ve given up, but I haven’t been playing in the last few games. We haven’t prevented the two simple crosses or given away any passes.

    Wolves woes a boost to Leeds United’s Premier League survival chances

    After losing all five of their first five league games for the first time ever, Wolves’ loss to Leeds puts them at the bottom of the Premier League with no points. In contrast, Farke’s team briefly moved into the top half before slipping to 12th place.

    Knowing they need to finish ahead of at least one seasoned Premier League team in order to survive, Leeds will be more than glad to keep Wolves in serious difficulty. But, considering Sunderland’s strong start to the season, it now appears like they will need to finish the season superior to two.

    West Ham, Brentford, and Wolves are among the other early-predicted strugglers who have had a dismal start; the latter is currently in second place with four losses in five games. Due to recent rumors that he may be fired, manager Graham Potter is already under a lot of pressure.

    In addition to losing important players Bryan Mbeumo, Yoane Wissa, and Christian Norgaard, Brentford has only four points from their first five games and is finding it difficult to adjust to life without their outstanding manager, Thomas Frank. At this early stage, Burnley, another recently promoted team, has only four points.
