The two teams seem to have already reached an agreement on a deal, which may see the former Kristiansund player and Steinwender join this week before a match against Kilmarnock.

Who is Hearts target Kartum?
Sander Kartum is a 29-year-old Norwegian midfielder who plays for Brann at the moment.
