Predicted Celtic team vs Hearts: Star signs new contract then immediately turns one of three big changes

Predicted Celtic team vs Hearts: Star signs new contract then immediately turns one of three big changes

Before Celtic’s match against Hearts this weekend, there is news regarding their contract.

As Celtic prepares to play Hearts in the Premiership, there will be three amendments to the contract.

The Hoops, who made three changes to the squad that defeated Kilmarnock last time out, will face a tough test on Saturday night from the Jambos. Liam Scales is replaced by Cameron Carter-Vickers, Adam Idah is replaced by Kyogo, and Daizen Maeda is given a break by James Forrest.

On the morning of the game, he inked a new contract that would last until 2026. With Maeda travelling to Japan this week, it allows him to get more sleep before a crucial Champions League matchup with Club Brugge. Hatate didn’t play in Tuesday’s match against China at all, while Kyogo came in after time with Japan after receiving some rest against Kilmarnock.

“It’s unbelievable,” Forrest told Celtic TV about the new contract. From my early years through the youth program and all the highs and lows of playing for the first team, I have enjoyed every second of my time here.

“I’m just happy that I was able to put in a lot of effort, and I hope to continue helping the team for another year.” This club has always had excellent players and managers, and it’s a wonderful feeling to be a part of it. When my career is over, I’ll have the time to reflect on everything.

“There’s nothing better than playing and winning here when you’re in the zone.”

Here is our prediction for Brendan Rodgers’ starting lineup in the capital.

Celtic starting lineup: Kuhn, Kyogo, McGregor, Engels, Hatate, Johnston, Carter-Vickers, Trusty, Taylor, Schmeichel
