“He’s got that” | West Ham target urged to join rivals
Just a few weeks ago, it seemed as though the “outstanding No.9” that Arsenal was supposed to sign would be joining West Ham.
The game of football is full with “what ifs.” Numerous incidents came just millimetres short from drastically altering the sport. Remarkably, it appears that one of them might be West Ham’s refusal to accede to Aston Villa’s demands for Jhon Duran.
Everyone was aware of the forward’s potential because he had demonstrated it several times during the previous season, but since August, he has changed completely. This campaign, he has already managed to score six goals, the most of which have been spectacular strikes or pivotal goals. His most recent wonder goal gave Villa a 1-0 victory over Bayern Munich.
Interest in the Colombian has already skyrocketed despite his lack of game action, so it will be challenging for West Ham to take any kind of action.
Former Manchester United player Dwight Yorke recently urged Arsenal to sign Duran by explaining why he thinks he’s the third best striker in the league. He clarified to Prime Casino, “I think Erling Haaland is the No. 1 for sure.” Ollie Watkins will probably be mentioned because of his consistency. The third is Jhon Duran, another guy at Villa that I admire.
”

He stands out from the others and appears to be a real handful. There’s something very appealing about him. Given his appearance, I would be willing to take a chance on him. He is hungry, which is what I seek for in individuals. Regarding the big guys, Arsenal does not possess a standout No. 9.
The Irons’ decision not to splash the cash to sign him is already starting to cost them in the rear. It will be a sad day for Hammers everywhere on the inevitable day he signs with one of the top clubs.
